CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment with CurvSculpt, you agree to the following booking policies: Deposits / Booking Fees All deposits/booking fees are non-refundable and applied toward your scheduled service total. Deposits secure your appointment time and reserve treatment availability. Rescheduling (Denver Appointments) Denver appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours notice and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Cancellations Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit/booking fee. No Shows / Late Arrivals No-shows, same-day cancellations, or arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Tour Appointment Policy Due to limited city availability and travel scheduling, all tour appointments are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed appointments, same-day cancellations, or rescheduling requests may require a new booking fee and are not guaranteed accommodation. Results Disclaimer Individual results vary based on anatomy, lifestyle, treatment consistency, and aftercare compliance. Multiple sessions may be recommended depending on individual goals.
